The door staff had an excellent funky cute vibe, quite amusing actually.
The toilet was not cleaned properly from the last guest. Yuk! There were hairs in the hairdryer case, which should be cleaned between guests, I would think. I have to wonder how this place gets rated so highly. I had far better breakfasts elsewhere.

excellent servicewalking distancelarge bath
the team provided excellent service. the room had blockout curtains, a shower and a large bath. the location allowed for easy walking to attractions and transit connections.
the room did get a bit noisy at times from doors closing nearby.

the location is near the mall and lux shops. the hotel is also a short walk to the opera house. public transportation is easily accessible from this location. it is pretty much the perfect spot.

underwhelming stay with several issues
faulty phone systembroken flush button
the room had some significant problems. the phone system did not work, so i could not contact room service or reception (it felt quite isolating). also, the toilet's half-flush button was broken, a bit unpleasant to deal with (especially late at night). the staff addressed it at checkout, but the inconvenience impacted the entire stay.
