wonderful city stay
polite staff room upgrade clean hotel
I found the staff very POLITE . They upgraded my room when i arrived. It was also helpful they let me into the room early. The room was quiet and very clean.
the rooms were very SMALL for two people. it had one bedside table and lamp. It was difficult to move around in the bed.

the hotel provides a breakfast buffet with many options available, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon, and the service in the dining area is very prompt.

tiny bathroom missing bedside
The bathroom was tiny, and it reminded me of it really needed updating. i could hear the lifts going up and down all night. It sounded like a delivery van was right next door. the price was nearly $500 a night for a small, basic room, and there was no bedside table on one side of the bed.

clean room handy location excellent service
the room was very clean (which i certainly noticed) and well laid out. the location is really handy. the reception service was excellent.

rooftop view comfortable bed room iron good tv
the rooftop pool offered fine views of the surroundings. my room included an iron and a hairdryer. the bed was very big and comfortable, a real plus. the tv offered a good selection of shows and movies for entertainment.
i thought the room was slightly dated, but still acceptable.

the staff were cute and helpful with directions. susan greeted me with a beautiful smile. i found that the team really wanted to provide good assistance.

the hotel location is excellent and easy to find. i was in the bustling heart of everything. darling harbour was in walking distance and circular quay was super easy to get to via train.
