central location, great for exploring
city views convenient location daily walk road proximity
i was very happy about my room. the large windows provided city views. the location was very convenient as everything i wanted to see was close. i walked in hyde park daily because it was across the road.
the hotel show its age a little. i did noticed some fraying on the bed head in the room.

fantastic location!
professional team excellent service park view
i found the reception team very professional. the restaurant staff provided excellent breakfast service. the hotel's location next to a park was amazing. our room featured a park view. major attractions were also a short walk away.
the elevators were slow. there were delays especially during peak hours.

the hotel is close to the australian museum, a five-minute walk. the window view is amazing. many attractions are within a 10 to 20-minute walking distance except for the opera house.

the breakfast service was excellent. there was plenty of food. the food was AMAZING!!! the staff in the restaurant were lovely and professional.

hygiene standards and slow lifts a problem
slow lifts poor hygiene
the location made it easy to get around.
The lifts were a total joke. Waited ages each time. the hygiene standards were bad, especially in the restaurant. it really needs better management to stop debris building up.

hyde park views clean room spacious room comfy bed
the room offered amazing views over hyde park. it was clean and spacious. easy accessibility to major tourist attractions was a real bonus. the bed was also very comfy.
The gym pool level had some lights missing near the elevator.

The reception staff were always available and helpful. room service was prompt, even in the evening. i appreciated their efficiency and willingness to assist with any requests . They were always polite and attentive.

Solid Stay Near Hyde Park
quick walk friendly staff
The hotel location allows me a quick walk to shopping areas. The room was quite large. It easily accommodated my suitcases s. Friendly staff efficiently stored my luggage the following morning. It was convenient when I went out for breakfast.
The hotel appears aged. It needs updating in some public places and bedrooms. The decor requires attention in the rooms. The carpets also need attention. It was not the standard of other hotels I've stayed.

The location was central. The provided access to nearby areas was adequate.
The elevator service proved inadequate, as extended wait times occurred. I waited over ten minutes on several occasions. This disruption greatly inconvenienced my schedule.
