i was very happy about my room. the large windows provided city views. the location was very convenient as everything i wanted to see was close. i walked in hyde park daily because it was across the road.

the hotel show its age a little. i did noticed some fraying on the bed head in the room.

i found the reception team very professional. the restaurant staff provided excellent breakfast service. the hotel's location next to a park was amazing. our room featured a park view. major attractions were also a short walk away.

The gym pool level had some lights missing near the elevator.

The hotel location allows me a quick walk to shopping areas. The room was quite large. It easily accommodated my suitcases s. Friendly staff efficiently stored my luggage the following morning. It was convenient when I went out for breakfast.

The hotel appears aged. It needs updating in some public places and bedrooms. The decor requires attention in the rooms. The carpets also need attention. It was not the standard of other hotels I've stayed.
