substandard cleanliness carpet stain
the location was acceptable , being near several dining options.
the room's cleanliness was substandard , i found the floor was not properly cleaned . there were hairs accumulating in the bathroom , which was quite unpleasant. additionally , i noticed stains on the carpet and the sofa , which detracted from the overall appearance of the room.

Acceptable location but some issues
cramped bathroom loose tiles
Location was convenient, it allowed easy access to key areas.
My room looked smaller than expected. The bathroom felt cramped, it barely had space to move. Some balcony tiles were loose, I tripped a little.

The beds were comfortable. I didn't want to leave them each morning. The rooms had spacious layouts, providing ample room for relaxation (ideal after a long day). I found the service very efficient. The staff were always helpful. The pool area offered a tranquil escape.

The fitness room contained cardio equipment and free weights. An indoor pool and jacuzzi were available . The hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee (a great touch, I think).

Decent stay overall
convenient location washing machine dryer unready room coffee machine jammed sliding door
The location IS very convenient. The room had a washing machine and a dryer, handy. The bathroom size was adequate for two people.
The room was not ready when I arrived, unfortunatelly. The coffee machine did not work and the sliding door was jammed. I was unable to use the balcony!
