underwhelming stay with a few issues
poor attitude rubbish rooftop view
the rooms cleanliness was acceptable.
The staff attitude bothered me. They looked to lack care. the view from my room was of a backyard rubbish rooftop. I had expected better for the price. it seem like the hotel is more for casino goers, not families.

Excellent Stay at The Hotel
modern lighting favorite feature complimentary fruit
My room was very nice. I appreciated the modern lighting system, though it took some time to learn. The pillows were my favorite feature in the room. The receptionist offered me complimentary fruit platter and sparkling water to celebrate my anniversary.
The gym only had two treadmills and two bikes. One bike was out of order, limiting workout options. There was a dumbbell rack present, but no bench was available for use.

Breakfast included a buffet, although it required a walk to another building (in a gallery). I received a voucher to use at the eateries. The fruit platter was especially refreshing.

The room was spacious, complete with a view overlooking Barangaroo. The bed was comfortable, (i slept well) and contributed to a relaxing stay. The room had technological features that were new to me.

Staff processed my check in very fast. The receptionist accommodated my anniversary with a complimentary gift. The staff members were generally cute, friendly, and helpful .

i found my jewel suite to be immaculate. the rainfall shower was wonderful. i found the room was very spacious. the staff were friendly and very helpful.
the gym equipment was slightly limited, with one of the bikes out of service.

Underwhelming Stay with View Problems
poor staff attitude rooftop view
The room's technology was acceptable at least.
The pictures presented a view overlooking Darling Harbour. I got a view of a backyard rubbish rooftop instead. I requested a room change. They finally replied when I was practically leaving. The staff had poor attitudes and management clearly did not care. It was not a five-star experience.

The room included a couch, useful. Dual basins in the bathroom were convenient. Housekeeping provided extra items upon request. This. I appreciated the attention to detail.
The television in my room did not function . This impacted my ability to relax in the evenings. I notified staff but the tv was never fixed.

The Italian restaurant featured a broad menu. The japanese restaurant impressed. I especially liked the sushi rolls (the spicy tuna was delicious!). Room service was efficient and the personnel seemed professional.

The room was large. This allowed for comfortable movement. The bed proved the best i have experienced. I think the mattress was fantastic. Bathroom products had lovely quality. This was a nice touch.

i got an upgrade to the stellar suite. staff helped quick and were always considerate. fresh fruit was available at the pool. water was served as i waited to check in. this sets the standard of service they offer.
i booked a king double room. it overlooked rooftops at the back. the room was cold because of gaps near the floor to ceiling glass windows. the breakfast buffet was in the casino. access required leaving the hotel.
