The room included a couch, useful. Dual basins in the bathroom were convenient. Housekeeping provided extra items upon request. This. I appreciated the attention to detail.
The television in my room did not function . This impacted my ability to relax in the evenings. I notified staff but the tv was never fixed.

The Italian restaurant featured a broad menu. The japanese restaurant impressed. I especially liked the sushi rolls (the spicy tuna was delicious!). Room service was efficient and the personnel seemed professional.

The room was large. This allowed for comfortable movement. The bed proved the best i have experienced. I think the mattress was fantastic. Bathroom products had lovely quality. This was a nice touch.

i got an upgrade to the stellar suite. staff helped quick and were always considerate. fresh fruit was available at the pool. water was served as i waited to check in. this sets the standard of service they offer.
i booked a king double room. it overlooked rooftops at the back. the room was cold because of gaps near the floor to ceiling glass windows. the breakfast buffet was in the casino. access required leaving the hotel.
