I found the location excellent. The tram line is right outside. The staff are very friendly. They helped me leave my luggage prior to check in.
The hotel entrance was difficult to find. The interior hotel lighting felt very dark. It gave everything a gloomy feel. The shower head was loose and it kept falling, made showering difficult.

The room had a handy kitchenette area. It included a sink, microwave oven, kettle, crockery and cutlery. A carafe for water was available to refill and keep in the fridge, and this saved me from buying bottled water. The staff at the restaurant were very professional.

The location was certainly excellent. Wynyard station is just across the road! nearby restaurants offered great dining options, and the opera house was within a reasonable walking distance. the room included necessary appliances like a stove, coffee machine. a washer and dryer.
the street noise did penetrate the room rather easily, i must admit, so soundproofing seemed somewhat lacking.

The breakfast staff displayed respectful and attentive service throughout my meals. Their assistance was notably appreciated. the front desk managed check-in and check-out efficiently and with ease! this contributed positively to the start and end of my visit.

The hotel offered a convenient location near the train station.
The check-in process was awkward because the iPad didn't work so I had to use my phone. I ordered two espresso martinis through the QR code, and twenty minutes later, two warm cans were delivered without any glasses. The television also didn't work.
