plentiful breakfast unique architecture
i am grateful for my time. the hotel gave complimentary breakfast that was plentiful. i also enjoyed the unique architecture of the building. it has a historical feeling.

Really good waterside conversion
excellent water views nearby dining options fabulous bathroom delicious breakfast
I stayed one night prior to a cruise. The location provided excellent water views. Nearby dining options were also excellent. I found the converted wharf building interesting. The bathroom was fabulous, and the breakfast was delicious.
I noticed only a slight inconvenience. The pre-check-in process did not save time upon arrival. I still completed all check-in steps in person.

This unique building features a gym, an indoor pool and free washing machines. The hotel also includes a children's corner with complimentary sweets and a Pac-Man game.

historical building with great amenities
historical building spacious room fantastic gym really good staff
i appreciated the hotel's use of a historical building. the room was big and spacious. i found the gym and pool facilities fantastic. the staff were really good. the customer service exceeded my expectations.
The tv remote needed new batteries. It took a few hours to get it replaced on a rainy day.

the hotel staff provides turndown service each evening. they promptly fulfilled my requests for extra pillows and blankets. staff members are available at the front desk 24 hours a day.

the breakfast buffet includes a selection of pastries, fruit, and hot items. i saw that dinner is served in the main dining area from 6 pm to 10 pm. room service is available, with a limited menu, throughout the day.

attentive staff amazing feature really good service
The staff were attentive and helpful from arrival. i thoroughly enjoyed the loft room. It had amazing features including a complimentary mini bar and snacks. the bar offered really good service and a great atmosphere.
my room had a humming noise in the air conditioning. this mechanical sound was a little distracting during the night.

the location is good for accessing the art gallery. access to the opera house through the royal botanic gardens is easy. the breakfast offered a good choice.
the room looked a bit tired. i saw some dust in places and filth behind the bed. the hotel needs modernization..
