I stayed one night prior to a cruise. The location provided excellent water views. Nearby dining options were also excellent. I found the converted wharf building interesting. The bathroom was fabulous, and the breakfast was delicious.
I noticed only a slight inconvenience. The pre-check-in process did not save time upon arrival. I still completed all check-in steps in person.

i appreciated the hotel's use of a historical building. the room was big and spacious. i found the gym and pool facilities fantastic. the staff were really good. the customer service exceeded my expectations.
The tv remote needed new batteries. It took a few hours to get it replaced on a rainy day.

The staff were attentive and helpful from arrival. i thoroughly enjoyed the loft room. It had amazing features including a complimentary mini bar and snacks. the bar offered really good service and a great atmosphere.
my room had a humming noise in the air conditioning. this mechanical sound was a little distracting during the night.
