Excellent Hotel Experience
prime location rooftop pool room cleanliness late check-out
The hotel's location provided easy access to food and transport options (a big plus!). The rooftop pool was a highlight, and the bar offered great value. The room was very clean. I appreciated the late check-out and the opportunity to relax by the pool in the morning.
The parking fee was quite high at $45 per entry.

the rooms were modern and clean. the location provided easy access to darling harbour. i found the restaurant served tasty food.
i found the air conditioning either too cold or too hot.

great location clean room good value
the hotel location was great for exploring. i felt safe walking around at night. the room was very clean and well kept. i also found the hotel offered good value for the amenities provided.
the air conditioning in the room didn't work very well. i informed the staff multiple times. there was no follow-up from the staff.

faulty air conditioning unscented amenities
The air conditioning was problematic in the room. i informed the staff multiple times. They mentioned resetting the main center, yet there was no follow-up. eventually, a staff member explained the air conditioning issue and provided a stand-up fan and complimentary breakfast, a nice gesture. the hotel amenities seemed average to me. the provided shampoo, body wash, and conditioner lacked a pleasant scent.

unfriendly staff slow service
The rooftop bar was a letdown. The staff was not friendly , and the service felt slow. Getting a drink seemed like a chore , and the atmosphere was not relaxing. The limited space around the pool, and I couldn't really unwind there.
