broken heating room interruption

I was really frustrated with my room. The heating did not work for my entire stay! I was shivering after being caught in a downpour and returning to the hotel. The engineers needed access to my room for a prolonged period of time too. Numerous phone calls interrupted my rest. It was annoying.

I stayed for several nights. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the servers were amazing. The rooms are comfortable with beautiful linens and a Dyson hairdryer.

I want to warn all future guests about the clock tower room. This room does NOT overlook the iconic clock tower. I felt misled this way.
