adequate but overpriced stay
moldy shower curtain street access
The price i paid was definitely too high for the experience. i had issues with the bathroom. The shower curtain had mold. i also noticed that the access from the street wasn't very accessible for people with mobility issues.. it was a bit disappointing.

replenished supply strong wifi
The room was a standard studio balcony limited housekeeping and it was quite spacious. i chose limited housekeeping and everything was replenished on the fourth day. It was handy. strong wifi was available and this supported my business trip needs.
the lifts were a bit slow and not connected, so sometimes i waited a while.

kitchen cutleries laundry powder
The kitchen had complete cutlery and plates, a great convenience. I also found the in-room washing machine and drier particularly useful.. laundry powder sachets were even provided.

helpful good staff fixed head shower door
the location was good and the staff were helpful (they were always available).
The shower had a fixed head. I tried to avoid getting hit by cold water. the shower door was not isolated properly, so it leaked. I had to walk in a puddle to use the toilet.

Convenient city stay
convenient location washing machine dryer kitchen facilities
The location was convenient for accessing city sights and public transport. I appreciated having a washing machine and dryer in the room. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen facilities.
The aircon only stays on for two hours at a time, awful in summer with no fans. It was also hard to understand as it's an older system with no clear instructions . The shower also made this awful noise, like there was a jackhammer in the pipes when you used hot water. The hotter the water, the louder the noise. Made for some very cold showers. We stayed for two nights and after the first night, these issues were reported and it didn't feel any different the second night.

Really good Apartment Hotel Experience
central location kitchen facilities comfortable furniture
The location was central. It provided easy access to many points of interest. The room included kitchen facilities and comfortable lounge furniture. I liked having a washer and dryer in the apartment. It was very useful.
I found the staff less cute than expected. Reception seemed understaffed at times. This resulted in slower service. I hope they improve this.

The hotel is near Chinatown and various dining options. It makes exploring local cuisine very convenient. major attractions are easily accessible.

Though I did not dine in, many restaurants surround the hotel, providing many choices. World Square shopping center is also across the road, very convenient.
