mixed feelings about my stay
stained carpetssaggy mattress
The room felt smaller than expected, and the lack of natural light was a real downside. also, the carpet had quite a few noticeable stains. It really detracted from the overall feel of cleanliness. i wish i had known about these issues beforehand. the bed wasn't as comfortable as i hoped. The mattress seemed a bit saggy.

the Staff was great. we were able to have an earlier check in than expected and Bernadette was so kind when she did it for us and also gave us a FREE upgrade without mentioning it. we were on the top floor and the view from the window WAS nice.
i didn't like the bed ON wheels that rolled around the room. the broken shower head had no pressure. the fact there was a 40cm x 40cm window that was frosted out at the top corner of the room.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transport. It made getting around very easy. Complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and professional, especially at reception.
The sound insulation was not ideal. I could hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms (early morning housekeeping was audible).

The staff were accommodating (they stored my luggage before check-in). I found them to be consistently pleasant and helpful with directions. Their assistance was greatly appreciated.
