central location and friendly faces
central location cute staff easy check-in
The hotel was centrally located. A short walk got me to the main bus station and the city center. the staff was also very cute and professional. i especially liked how easy it was to check in and out. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable night.
The room i stayed in needed some tlc. I noticed water on the kitchen floor. it seemed to be dripping from the air conditioning unit, and that was a bit inconvenient.

the hotel's location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, with the sky tower within easy walking distance. public transportation was readily accessible, simplifying travel around the area, and everything was within a short distance.

the staff demonstrated excellent customer service skills, providing assistance with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries i had. they were attentive to my needs and created a cute atmosphere , though the parking was expensive! the team was amazing.

good-sized fridge comfortable bed convenient balcony
The room included a good-sized fridge. I appreciated the balcony. The bed offered good comfort. The apartment was exactly what I needed.
There was a bit of noise at times.

uneven experience at this location
dated room peculiar odor
the room was dated and seemed not thoroughly cleaned. i noted a peculiar odor pervaded the hallway, they attempted to mask it with excessive air freshener. it did NOT work. the parking situation was also INconvenient, as reserved parking was unavailable.

room issues and cleanliness concerns
sticky tiles rotten banana
the room smelled like tobacco and wasn't very clean. i saw crumbs from previous guests on the coffee table. there was also a rotten banana in the fridge. the bathroom tiles felt sticky, a major DISAPPOINTMENT.
