fresh juices modern equipment poor coffee unhelpful staff
The breakfast included flavored milk, fresh juices and various breads. The gym had modern equipment and weights. There were hand towels and sanitizer available.
The receptionist was not very informative. The complimentary tea and coffee in the unit was poor. This is unacceptable given the cost of the room.

staff was friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the breakfast in the ember restaurant. it had a good variety, like flavoured milk and fresh juices. i used the gym with modern equipment and sanitizer wipes. the pool was right next door, a convenient location.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy. I found all the staff super friendly and very helpful.
I found that the complimentary tea and coffee in the room was poor considering the cost of the stay.

Amazing Hotel Experience!
indoor pool convenient drinks
I loved the indoor pool, gym, and sauna. They seemed like a real bonus! The staff was great, and the drinks at the bar were convenient and delicious. Our bags were delivered to our rooms when we arrived. That was great. The room was great. It was spacious and had conveniences!
The coffee at breakfast was not very good. It tasted bitter, so I ordered a better quality one for extra charge! There was no working lounge where I could print documents. They wanted to charge me for printing.

The Club King Room had excellent space with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It was awesome! Our room also had a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. That was convenient! The climate control system worked efficiently and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Concierge staff collected our bags from the car as soon as we arrived! The bar staff created delicious cocktails that were served promptly. I received assistance with directions from the front desk. They were very helpful!

Acceptable Stay with Notable Shortcomings

The hotel granted an early check-in, a welcome convenience.
I found the breakfast experience quite disappointing. The staff looked visibly unhappy. Clearing tables was slow even when guests waited for seating. the coffee machines were frequently malfunctioning, resulting in long delays..

inadequate air conditioning non-operational car park code
the air conditioning, it was archaic. it struggled to cool the room adequately, i found it quite bothersome. the car park code provided for the club room was not operational and i had to request new one. there was also no complimentary water bottle in my club room that i found unacceptable.
