easy transportation spacious room amazing staff
I found the hotel very close to the railway and light rail so it was easy to move around. The room's layout was beautiful it felt spacious and clean. The staff provided amazing service throughout my stay.
I noticed slight traffic noise because the window isn't soundproofed.

minor issues detracted from the stay
my room was not ready when i arrived at 2pm the reception staff seemed disorganized and blamed the cleaners i had to wait for an hour before i could finally check in also i noticed a bad smell in the reception area which was off putting.

my room was very clean. the hotel provided convenient access to central station and the light rail. breakfast offered a variety of options each morning.
the pool seemed small and quite crowded when i visited.

The hotel enjoys proximity to central station, providing very easy access to transportation across the area. It is also close to key locations. i found many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. i did not have any difficulty moving around.

convenient location, minor hiccups
convenient location numerous options spacious room really good service
the hotel had a great location near the central train station. the breakfast had many options, so i didn't go hungry. the room felt quite spacious and clean. the customer service was really good, a real standout.
i found that the queues for the lifts were sometimes quite long. i also noticed the carpet was old in places. the air conditioning wasn't working as well as i hoped, and i had to use an electric fan.

the onsite parking was easy to access and convenient. there were also excellent facilities nearby, all within a short walk. the hotel provides easy access to public transportation and the central business district, so getting around was simple.

The provided cot lacked a mattress, only a hard base. Breakfast included excellent fresh fruit juice. The location near the station was convenient, about a 5-minute walk.
Requesting an extension cord incurred a $10 hire fee.

burnt hairdryer dirty corridor
The hairdryer in the room had a burnt soap inside (who puts soap in a hairdryer?). This made the hairdryer unusable. I had to ask three times to get a replacement half a day later. There was also a lack of cleanliness. The corridor outside my door remained dirty for three days. (At least they gave me a free drink for the hairdryer incident.)

The room had effective light reducing curtains and a comfortable bed. A fridge in the room contained drinks. The price was clear. Public transport was ten minutes away. It provided easy access to the sights.
Our room was not vacuumed or dusted recently. The blinds had holes, a major issue. I could hear every word from the neighbors. There was no sound proofing. The advertisement indicated a couch in the room. There was only one chair in a very small room.
