the location was fantastic. i could easily walk to many attractions. the room was clean and well-kept. the bathroom was a decent size with good water pressure. the bed was comfortable too!!!
the nightclub next door was quite loud. it didn't stop until 3am. stale cigarette smoke circulated through the air con. it was a terrible sleep.

the hotel offered light rail access right outside (so convenient!). quick room service was a plus. staff members were very friendly and accommodating. happy hour added a nice touch after a long day.
the dryer in the room wasn't working, but it was a very minor issue.

faulty air conditioningstreet noise
The air conditioning was not working on a hot day. it took two hours for a technician to arrive, and he couldn't fix it. i had to request a new room because it was too hot to sit in the first one. this new room had a tiny balcony and lots of street noise. no minibar, and the restaurant was closed except for breakfast. It wasn't a great experience.
