convenient location and quiet rooms
easy walk clean room top staff
the location is great for darling harbour and barangaroo. it's an easy walk to trains or ferries. the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. the staff are top notch and it is very close to darling harbour.
the tv wouldn't operate. i called the front desk and learned the remote needed new batteries.

the breakfast included three items from their cafe menu, great. downstairs, the cafe and bar is ok. i suggest the iced chocolates are made differently, instead of a hot chocolate with ice on top.

tiny room paper thin walls
the hotel's location near circular quay proved acceptable.
The room size WAS atrocious. I mean, ridiculously tiny. the air conditioning blasted arctic air, and i failed to shut it OFF. every noise from adjoining rooms echoed as the walls were Paper thin.

great location cafe downstairs ironing board room lifts
Location is nice, close to King Street Wharf with restaurants. Darling Harbour and Wynyard train station are near. I appreciated bar and cafe downstairs and also the lifts. A decent iron and ironing board existed in my room.
I noticed some holes and patches on the walls.

the location was good it was close to many attractions
the room was very small it did not match the photos online the window was narrow i could hear everything from other rooms and the corridor the air conditioning was too cold and unadjustable

the location near the waterfront was good, and getting to restaurants was simple. there are many places to eat around the hotel, i saw varied options. the staff was helpful with directions when i needed to find nearby attractions. the short walk to darling harbor.
the standard queen room felt a little small.
