Our two-bedroom apartment included two bathrooms. The kitchen featured a full-size refrigerator. The children enjoyed TVs in both bedrooms and the living area. The location was convenient, with eateries and a supermarket nearby.
The room service ordering process was confusing. I had to ask reception for the QR code after being misdirected. I was unable to view the breakfast menu through it.

The staff was friendly and helpful . Nothing seemed too difficult (which I really appreciated!). We received a welcome gift and a birthday gift.

The apartment is close to great restaurants, cafes, and pubs. There is easy tram access to various destinations. A bus service to Circular Quay passes right by the door.

Our apartment was spacious and well-furnished with smart decor. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. A pleasant balcony with seating was accessible from the living room and master bedroom.

i found the service reliable and the location accessible. reception contact was simple when needed. the apartment's proximity to both public transport and key attractions was a benefit. the outdoor pool provided a nice option for relaxation.

i stayed in a standard one-bedroom apartment. it had a well-equipped kitchen. the front desk seemed proactive and helpful.
the room faced the street and it was noisy. single glazing did not block the noise from road and pubs. i suggest requesting a pool facing room if possible.
