convenient location friendly staff free baggage intense noise poor suggestion
I found the location to be really convenient. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff acted quickly to resolve any issues I had. They also allowed me to check my baggage for free, so I could enjoy my first day.
The noise was quite intense. From 9:30 PM, it reminded me of I was next to a building site. I told reception, and they suggested I should have contacted them during the night. That was not useful.

central location helpful staff
the location proved very convenient, especially with the proximity to shopping areas. the staff were helpful and accommodating, especially during check-in. i found it easy to walk to various places. the hotel's central location allowed for simple travel.
the elevator felt old and made unsettling sounds during operation. this. i think it could benefit from some upgrades or maintenance.

the snooker room was a nice surprise, offering a relaxing activity. the hotel lobby and lounge area is beautiful, with elegant wood trim. i found this space very inviting for quiet moments.

convenient location helpful staff comfortable bed tricky parking small room
the location was very convenient for exploring the city i could easily walk to many attractions the staff were also friendly and quick to help with my questions the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable for a good night's sleep. the bathroom was spacious with a separate area for the toilet which i found convenient. breakfast was very good with tasty options i found satisfying. the hotel had a vintage style giving it a unique charm i really enjoyed.
i did find the parking a bit tricky upon arrival locating the correct address took some time. the room i had was smaller than expected this was a little disappointing.

The location was acceptable. Everything I needed was a short walk from the hotel.
The reception area looked shabby, I did not expect that. My room featured old furniture, and cleanliness needed more attention.

delicious breakfast gorgeous window airy bathroom unreplenished coffee unreplenished milk previous occupants items
the breakfast was delicious. it had good value at $15 for a continental breakfast. my room included a gorgeous window, it opened, and the bathroom was light and airy.
basic amenities like coffee and milk were not replenished before i arrived. i had requested this daily with housekeeping, it was still not provided. several items from previous occupants were left under the bed for me to remove.
