The early check-in was a lifesaver. i got three hours to settle in, great. the location is super convenient. It's an easy walk to circular quay and all the transport options are nearby!!!

i found that the room was a bit small. it was hard to move around with two big suitcases!!!

the beautiful queen room included tea and coffee facilities with a kettle. there was also a coffee pod machine, including pods. an iron and ironing board were in the wardrobe, and shampoo and soap were in the very clean bathroom.

Fantastic Central Hotel!

The staff were very polite and helpful. I could leave my bags with the hotel after I checked out and before my trip to the airport. The location is also fantastic. Wynyard train station is only 50 meters away. Pitt Street shopping is a short walk away too.

My room was smaller than I expected for the price I paid. I think breakfast should be included in the stay. Access to a microwave would also be helpful.

The hotel has good sound proofing, so I didn't hear much noise from outside or other rooms. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, this saved me time. The on-site coffee bar is very nice.

This hotel has a fantastic central location. The hotel is a ten minute walk to Circular Quay, so it is easy to see the harbour. There are good eateries around the area too.

i was a little disappointed by a few things. the air conditioning in my premium queen room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool enough, even when set to the lowest temperature. the room service menu felt limited, particularly for late-night options. i also noticed the minibar wasn't restocked daily, inconvenient.
