The location was really convenient. It was super easy to get around from there. The bed was comfortable. I slept like a baby! The room also had a great view. Access to the facilities was straightforward (everything was clearly signposted).

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

My room provided a beautiful view. The Sky Tower and bustling cityscape were visible. The hotel's central location gave me easy access to many restaurants. I found the Sky Bus pick-up point to be very convenient for airport transfers, located just downstairs!!!
I was surprised to find that the hotel bar closed quite early at 10 PM. I expected it to stay open later, given the hotel's prestige.

Decent but Smelly Stay

The location was central so getting around wasn't difficult at all.
I really don't like the smell. The hotel had a strange, stale odor and the gym reeked too. It made working out unpleasant.

The buffet breakfast was acceptable , it had a wide selection of items.
I was DISAPPOINTED with the cleanliness . The housekeeping service was subpar , as I had to request vacuuming and linen changes several times. It seemed the staff did NOT properly identify the type of clothing , I found this concerning.

The pool area was fine. It was adequately sized.
The bathrobe was missing from my room. i had to call the front desk to have it delivered. The linen management seemed sloppy. the staff seemed bothered by guests. Dealing with people looked to be a chore for them.
