the location was VERY convenient, just at the top of queen st it made getting around simple. i found the staff to be helpful with directions. the room was larger than i expected, i was able to fully relax! the bed WAS super comfortable.
the room was warm, there was ONLY a small fan.

The location is super convenient. I could walk to many places. my "twin room bathroom" was neat, clean, and tidy. the hotel even offered to store my luggage after checkout since i had a late flight.
the parking was quite limited, so i had to pay extra.

i found the location quite convenient. it was handy to get around. the room had a sink, a nice touch i appreciated. also, the staff were friendly and helpful .
The bed wasn't particularly comfortable, i must admit. the room got quite warm and only had an old fan. the duvet lacked a proper cover. It had just a sheet underneath. another over-cover. this seemed a bit unhygienic to me.

My room had no AC or heating , and this restricted air flow. Opening the window resulted in city noise and light glare.

The location is very convenient. I walked to many attractions. The provided towels were fresh daily. They also supplied complimentary coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. My room was clean and well-equipped, especially considering the price, so I was happy. The bathrooms were also nice and clean. This was a plus.
It would stop abruptly. This bouncing halt was concerning to me.

Laundry facilities are available at approximately $10 per load. The hotel also offers books to read and enjoy . I thought that was a good option.
