great amenities and helpful staff
handy kitchenette convenient parking friendly staff tidy transport
the kitchenette included everything needed for a short stay. i found the car parking convenient and the staff friendly. the reception staff were very nice and i found my room was very good. the hotel also offers an airport transport service, i thought it was tidy and well priced.

the room included a comfortable bed and a warm ambiance upon arrival. i found an ironing board and an iron readily available within the room. the room also featured a microwave, along with utensils for my convenience.

the staff provided assistance with airport transportation logistics. they demonstrated accomodation to requests. i experienced helpful and friendly service from various staff members. communication was clear and all my concerns were addressed promptly.

the hotel provided bus access nearby for ease of travel. i also noticed a gym equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel included breakfast with fresh food. i observed a tidy environment.

Satisfactory Stay with Minor Issues
good sized room good location poor information missing duvet covers
The accommodation offered good value. My room was a good size. It was also well located at the end of Queen Street. I have stayed here several times.
Information from reception could have been better. Sheets and bedding were more like hospital quality, not hotel quality. Duvet covers were also absent. This was not ideal.

I had a spacious standard king room, and the bed was very comfortable. i really appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the reception lady. She made checking in easy. the in-building parking was nice and convenient. its proximity to my destinations made it ideal.
there was a slight musty smell upon arrival.

the location proved convenient for all the conference activities and was central to most other activities i needed. britomart and viaduct are within walking distance. there is a bus route available if preferred. a 24/7 store is close by.
