room cleanliness efficient air conditioning nice shower quick response
I appreciated the room's cleanliness. The air conditioning worked really well. The shower was nice. The staff addressed my requests quickly.
The elevator seemed a bit slow at peak times. I sometimes waited for a short while.

location good, but some issues
parking hassle missing information
The paid parking was a hassle. I had to wait for a team member to move their car so i could leave. also, there wasn't much information in the room. there was no information about the tv, air conditioning, or local attractions. wifi details were missing as well. it felt incomplete.

Comfortable Stay with Minor Hiccup
early check-in awesome breakfast excellent comfort
The staff offered early check-in. I really appreciated this. The room had a very quiet atmosphere, and the bed provided excellent comfort.
There was just one toilet paper roll for three people . I had to request extra. This was inconvenient.

The Lone Star Restaurant was clean and tidy, its staff were friendly. They were polite, providing very good service, and creating great food. The breakfast included many options.

The hotel has a gym. It is small. The gym includes a treadmill plus stationary bikes. The location is great and close to shops. It is close to the water front.

Fantastic Central Hotel Experience
convenient location clean room working air conditioning comfy bed
I found the location convenient for accessing various points of interest. My room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was also particularly comfy. I appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.
The room I stayed in seemed a bit small.
