The room's iPad controlled all functions, very convenient. I found the bed and pillows to be comfortable, which ensured restful nights. The room was modern, well-presented, and clean. I appreciated the attention to detail. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.

Roadworks outside the hotel made access somewhat difficult. A bit more communication about navigating this would be helpful. It created confusion upon arrival and departure. Better signage or guidance would improve the experience.

i enjoyed the modern interior of the room. the layout felt well designed AND generous. the large dome coffee pods were a nice touch.

the bar closed early on a sunday night. the all drinks vouchers were not initially recognised by staff. the wine selection was limited by price.

convenient location personal item quality finish comfortable bed

I found the location convenient. The proximity to key attractions helped. I also noticed the provided space to place personal items inside the shower. The hotel offered this very thoughtful amenity, I thought. I also loved the quality finishes and the very comfortable bed. Everything seemed maintained well.

The front desk had some difficulties answering questions, I noticed. They needed to check with a manager on simple inquiries, I observed. I thought this was not great.

Dixson & Sons restaurant provided a delicious evening meal. The breakfast choice was good, I noticed. I did enjoy the coffee that was offered.

Check-in and check-out processes were really seamless. The front desk staff were pleasant. Housekeeping were also very friendly and fast, I observed.
