lovely stay with great access
quiet roomhandy kitchenettemusty smell
the location was fantastic i could easily walk to many restaurants and shops nearby the room was surprisingly quiet a major plus i also had a handy kitchenette to prepare my own meals saving on dining costs
i noticed a slight musty smell in the room upon arrival it wasn't overwhelming but noticeable fresh air helped though i think some improved ventilation or air fresheners would be beneficial

the hotel's location allowed me to quickly reach the convention centre plus there were plentiful dining options nearby it was a superb spot for accessing all major destinations.

the staff displayed helpfulness and warmth in all interactions i needed assistance several times and they solved the problems efficiently and friendly.

good locationdated roomplumbing noises
the location was good, i could walk to darling harbour.
the room felt dated. the carpet had rolls in it (maybe from wheelchairs) and was fraying. i also could hear plumbing noises from other floors, it made it hard to sleep.

The location was quite convenient. It was a short walk to many restaurants. Cafes, ferry services, and light rail were also nearby. I had a great stay of several nights.
The room service was unfortunately slow. I found that the staff at reception needed more training. Their customer service could be improved. Attending to phone calls seemed difficult for them.

the location was central, i guess. i could walk to some places.
the noise from the street was pretty loud, so i did not get much sleep. also, there were frequent wifi problem, so that did not help either. i could not stream my shows.
