I found the baby bed missing from the room upon arrival. It did not appear until very late. At 11:30 pm it finally showed up. The shower gel dispenser stayed empty for two days even though room service had been there. The bathroom also had a lot of black mold in the shower, a thing I consider unhygienic.

lovely location
perfect location
the hotel was close to the central station and restaurants were within walking distance it made getting around very easy. the location was perfect and the staff was very helpful the entire time i was there. the room was spacious and quiet making for a restful stay.

the buffet breakfast included a wide variety of options and the coffee was good i found plenty of tasty choices. there was a restaurant for dinner offering a selection of meals and prompt room service.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating i was allowed to check in early which was helpful. there was 24-hour staff available i always felt safe arriving late or leaving early plus they assisted with directions.

The location was unbeatable. It was so easy to get around! I found the breakfast buffet to have a great variety. It had everything I wanted. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions or any questions I had.
The gym's air quality was poor. I felt it needed better ventilation.
