decent location but some issues
disappointing coffee unreplenished milk
the coffee and tea facilities were disappointing considering the price paid. i expected more than just the bare minimum. the provided milk wasn't replenished, so i had no milk on the second day. the lack of a mini bar was also a drawback

Wonderful Experience
darling harbour location helpful staff comfortable bed transport hubs
The location near Darling Harbour was really good. Staff were helpful and friendly at all times . The bed was so comfortable, I slept well each night. I liked how easy it was to get to city and transport hubs from this place.
The hotel is a little noisy.

The room was clean and big, I had plenty of space. A full size bath sat separate to the shower, useful. A separate toilet in the lounge area exists for convenience, it is outside of the main bedroom.

Staff were friendly and keen to assist. Check-in was quick, I am grateful. The team delivered and collected luggage without problem. I really appreciated the excellent and helpful staff. They provided information I required efficiently.

The hotel has a club lounge. Breakfast had variety. The location is convenient to Darling Harbour. Valet parking exists onsite, it made things easier. I found EV charging also.

helpful staff late checkout perfect location
I found helpful staff everywhere, from valet to housekeeping. The staff were always kind. I appreciated the late checkout at 11 am. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed.
The kettle in my room had water inside. It seems the cleaner did not check it. This was a bit inconvenient as I wanted to use it immediately.

The room had comfortable beds and included bathrobes and slippers. There were good sitting areas. The cleanliness from the entrance to the rooms was noticeable. I found the comfort within the room very good.

The valet service was efficient, and the concierge was helpful. The room service delivery was prompt. The reception staff were polite and responsive to requests. Housekeeping services kept the room tidy.

The hotel is close to all the restaurants near kings wharf and darling harbour. The proximity allows easy access to dining options. Public transportation is within easy reach. The hotel location is convenient.

friendly staff upgraded room buffet breakfast faulty fan no updates maintenance issue
the staff seemed very friendly. i was surprised with the upgraded room. the room was very clean. the buffet breakfast had lots of selections. i really appreciated the variety.
on the second day, i noticed something unusual about the toilet exhaust fan. it was not working properly. i reported the issue. the maintenance team confirmed it but could not resolve it. plus, i did not receive updates on solutions.
