I found helpful staff everywhere, from valet to housekeeping. The staff were always kind. I appreciated the late checkout at 11 am. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed.
The kettle in my room had water inside. It seems the cleaner did not check it. This was a bit inconvenient as I wanted to use it immediately.

The room had comfortable beds and included bathrobes and slippers. There were good sitting areas. The cleanliness from the entrance to the rooms was noticeable. I found the comfort within the room very good.

the staff seemed very friendly. i was surprised with the upgraded room. the room was very clean. the buffet breakfast had lots of selections. i really appreciated the variety.
on the second day, i noticed something unusual about the toilet exhaust fan. it was not working properly. i reported the issue. the maintenance team confirmed it but could not resolve it. plus, i did not receive updates on solutions.
