noisy service area predatory minibar
The location suited my needs quite well. Proximity to public transport was adequate.
My assigned room overlooked a noisy service area. Sleep was interrupted. The minibar policy seemed predatory. A charge was applied merely for lifting an item for inspection. This lack of trust left a poor impression.

Convenient and well-located stay

central location helpful staff daily cleaning
I appreciated the hotel's central location allowing easy access to key city attractions. The staff were helpful and polite, assisting with directions and information. The room was clean daily and included helpful amenities like a shower cap and tea and coffee facilities. I was pleased they posted my mobile charger back after I left it.
The lift noise was noticeable even three rooms away from the elevators on the 32nd floor.

The room included a safe for valuables and was cleaned daily. I found high-end products were available. I also saw great attention to detail. I appreciated the turn down service each night.

The hotel has a cafe on the ground floor. I listened to music in the Marble Bar and found its decor amazing. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed the pancakes (especially with maple syrup!).

Really good CBD Stay

excellent location easy access early check-in
The location is excellent for exploring the city center. A light rail stop is right outside the entrance, facilitating easy access to various destinations. Westfield shopping mall is also a short walk. I was upgraded to the City Suite. The digital key arrived early via the app, so early check-in was possible.
I did find the temperature controls difficult. It was hard to lower the temperature below 19.0C. This made the room uncomfortably warm.
Service
9/10
The staff offered a warm welcome. Carlos assisted with bringing my bags to the room. Andrea, the hotel manager, ensured a seamless check-in. Vincent was cute at breakfast.
Facilities
8/10
The gym next door has various equipment. A light rail station provides immediate access. The main restaurant Glass offers a buffet. Valet parking offers convenience, and thoughtful staff offered to get a wheelchair for those needing assistance.
