convenient location
convenient location easy travel modern design
the location suited my needs perfectly. the nearby ferry terminal made travel very easy. i found many restaurants in the area. the hotel's modern design was appealing and the staff seemed great.
the water pipe to the tap. this occurred consistently throughout my stay.

The service felt attentive. The staff provided assistance promptly with requests. requests were handled quickly and efficiently, showcasing a high level of professionalism. i found the team to be very responsive.

Underwhelming stay. Staff attitude needs improvement.
unwelcoming attitude declining behaviour
The club Millesime staff questioned if I was a guest before I even asked for a complimentary drink. This felt accusatory and unwelcoming! Then, at Atelier, I was told they don't accept drink coupons and had no space. This happened despite many empty tables being visible. The staff attitude and behaviour have noticeably declined, quite disappointing.

Adequate stay. at reasonable level
amazing breakfast friendly staff perfect location early noise obstructed view
The location was perfect. It was close to everything I wanted to see. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast at Atelier was AMAZING. I thank them for a great weekend.
I booked a corner harbour view room. I was disappointed to be on the 5th floor out of 30. The noise at 7am on Saturday was unfortunate.

Acceptable stay
easy location good gym french croissants hard bed no follow-up room noise
The location made getting around easy. The gym had adequate equipment for a workout. I found croissants offered at breakfast were quite good.
The bed felt hard. I requested help with the aircon, yet there was no follow-up from staff. I also heard people in rooms next to mine easily.
