the large bed was comfortable, a welcome feature after my journey.
the noise insulation was substandard. i could clearly hear conversations from the adjacent rooms, and early morning activity in the hallway disrupted my sleep. the minibar was completely empty upon my arrival, i found this unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed class.

the beds were quite comfortable. the location was fairly convenient.
The room felt very dated. the curtains did not block light well. i also found a cockroach in the bathroom. It was quite unsettling.

the location made access to transportation simple.
I found some discomfort upon arrival. The air conditioning unit seemed old and took a while to cool the room down. asking how to adjust the temperature, i was advised to open the windows.

I appreciated the apartment size. The location was really great with easy access to public transport. Beds WERE comfortable. Staff at the front desk helped me with my questions.
I noticed the apartment requires maintenance. Walls could use a paint job, there were some cracked tiles and old silicon in the bathroom. The kitchen lacked some appliances. I couldn't use the oven because there were no oven mitts.

The staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs . The front desk staff provided quick answers and help with directions. The hotel provided prompt assistance when needed.

The apartment had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living area. There WAS a washing machine and dryer available for use in the apartment. The rooms had comfortable beds and fresh linens, offering a good rest.

I appreciated the spacious, clean room, it included a full kitchen and a washing machine and dryer. the air conditioner worked very well, a great bonus. it was an easy walk to darling harbour and a tram stop. I noticed a nice little cafe in the hotel.
the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. i could not find an easily accessible power point near the bed. this.

The beds were large and comfortable. The linen was clean.
The staff were not helpful despite repeated attempts. i was overcharged for breakfast that i requested but did not receive. this is unacceptable. I expect appropriate charges for services rendered.
