Great Hotel Near the Canal

The hotel location beside the small canal created a serene atmosphere. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool area. The free coffee offered in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was always smiling and helpful to me.
The air conditioner in the room was quite loud, even on its lowest setting. It made sleeping a little difficult for me. This was not very suitable when I have suitcases.

Staff were helpful. The staff helped me with tours. I also got help with luggage on check-out day. They always smile to all guests.

The breakfast was okay. There was a buffet with adequate choice. There was free coffee by reception. Fresh pineapple juice tasted excellent, I like it.

the staff was friendly and helpful i appreciated that. breakfast offered a good selection of food daily. the location was excellent near a canal it was convenient.
the room air conditioning unit was very loud it made sleeping difficult. the pathway to the hotel from the road was uneven it made access with luggage difficult.
