Great Hotel Near the Canal
serene atmosphere helpful staff
The hotel location beside the small canal created a serene atmosphere. I really enjoyed relaxing by the pool area. The free coffee offered in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was always smiling and helpful to me.
The air conditioner in the room was quite loud, even on its lowest setting. It made sleeping a little difficult for me. the lift do not start on room levels, it starts at mezzanine on each floor. This was not very suitable when I have suitcases.

Staff were helpful. The staff helped me with tours. I also got help with luggage on check-out day. They always smile to all guests.

The breakfast was okay. There was a buffet with adequate choice. There was free coffee by reception. Fresh pineapple juice tasted excellent, I like it.

The room was clean. The bathroom had a spacious shower. The room had powerful AC. There was always water in fridge and hall.

The hotel located near the canal. It is quiet and near to many sites. A 7-Eleven is very close. You can walk to the Grand Palace.

friendly staff good food selection excellent location loud air conditioning elevator access uneven pathway
the staff was friendly and helpful i appreciated that. breakfast offered a good selection of food daily. the location was excellent near a canal it was convenient.
the room air conditioning unit was very loud it made sleeping difficult. the elevator access started on the mezzanine level not the ground floor it was hard with suitcases. the pathway to the hotel from the road was uneven it made access with luggage difficult.
