i love the markets and restaurants just steps away! the staff here are so attentive. breakfast is amazing with a great choice. my room was quiet and always cool.

the breakfast buffet had different options daily. staff members are friendly. the location is great, it is just a few minutes walking distance to khao san road. the hotel is a good base to explore the city's attractions!!!
the air conditioning was a bit noisy and the bathroom seemed outdated.

good variety clean pool area excellent location
I found the breakfast had a good variety! The pool area was clean, and I received complimentary towels. The hotel's location was excellent. It was easy to walk to many sights!

breakfast buffet tasty meals relaxing pool luggage assistance door mechanism housekeeping quality
the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options. the restaurant served tasty meals. the pool area provided a nice space for a few relaxing hours.
there was no help from the staff with luggage to the room. the door mechanism malfunctioned and could not be fixed promptly. housekeeping did not clean the room very well.

mixed experience with issues
dirty curtains cockroach infestation
the location provides good access to many tourist spots.
the bathroom was substandard it had old dirty curtains. i asked for a room change due to small cockroaches but the new room also had them. i changed rooms three times to avoid ants but that did not fully solve the problem
