the location was acceptable , as it was near transportation.
the room i was assigned was too small. it was difficult to open my suitcase. the toilet lacked a proper lock and the design was open at the top , which i found unacceptable.

the staffs were really helpful, and the buffet meal offered a fantastic variety of dishes. i particularly enjoyed the prawns, beef , and fish, all superbly prepared. i found the location very convenient and easy to access everything i wanted to see.
i noticed the mini fridge did not keep water cold , a minor inconvenience.

the efficient staff provided a late check-out free for six hours , which was unexpected and appreciated. their friendly service added a personal touch to the stay , and they always were ready to assist. this dedication enhanced my visit.

the hotel's location is excellent, offering easy access to various shops and restaurants just around the corner. bugis mrt station is a short walk away , and there are plenty of food options in the area. exploring the surrounding streets and shopping areas was very convenient.

the pool has good maintenance , offering a refreshing space with ample room and readily available towels. the cleaning staffs were very diligent , ensuring the room remained super clean. they always offered a warm greeting to every guest passing by in the hallways.

stellar stay, location and comfort was so great

the location is excellent. i found bugis markets were close, a real benefit for local treats. accessibility to transport was easy with grab, taxis, and the mrt all readily available. all staff displayed kindness and assistance throughout my visit. the lobby created a relaxed atmosphere upon return each day.
the shower did lacked shelving, i found.
