i have been staying here for a few years now. the hotel location is perfect, close to the train station and shopping options. i thought the hotel was wonderfull with various type of view. the staff were super friendly and helpful.

i found no option to even slightly open the window to get fresh air.

the hotel location was convenient, near many places like funan shopping centre. i could easily walk to attractions within 10 minutes. bugis junction and merlion park are close by.

Check-in took almost an hour because of a long queue. i had never seen this before. the room offered minimal provisions. They provided one coffee pod and two black tea bags.

the front desk team, particularly james, diana, and shahira, gave really good service. their smooth, cute check-in and eagerness to assist. eddie at the concierge was helpful and funny!!! premala allowed me an early check-in, and was more than accommodating.

the gap under the door allowed hallway light to enter the room at night.
