superb experience!
convenient location train station various view super friendly
i have been staying here for a few years now. the hotel location is perfect, close to the train station and shopping options. i thought the hotel was wonderfull with various type of view. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
i found no option to even slightly open the window to get fresh air.

breakfast was excellent and provided a wide variety of both local and international food. however, i wish there was more variety for westerners!!! i enjoyed the coffee and toast for breakfast though.

the facilities are modern and well-kept. the hotel features a pool for relaxation and exercise. it also has a well-equipped fitness center.

the staff provided great service!!! check-in was smooth and efficient. i met a good employee, alena, during check-in, and she took great care of me. the team ensures every guest feels welcome and valued.

convenient location easy walk nearby attractions long queue minimal provisions coffee pod
the hotel location was convenient, near many places like funan shopping centre. i could easily walk to attractions within 10 minutes. bugis junction and merlion park are close by.
Check-in took almost an hour because of a long queue. i had never seen this before. the room offered minimal provisions. They provided one coffee pod and two black tea bags.

really good service cute check-in funny concierge early check-in
the front desk team, particularly james, diana, and shahira, gave really good service. their smooth, cute check-in and eagerness to assist. eddie at the concierge was helpful and funny!!! premala allowed me an early check-in, and was more than accommodating.
the gap under the door allowed hallway light to enter the room at night.

the breakfast buffet offered sufficient variety with both asian and european options. the lunch food was tasty and staff were polite and kind. i could always find something to eat and hence was satisfied.

this location is close to shops and the underground train. the mrt station 'city hall' is just two minutes by foot. i could explore downtown by foot and easily reach marina bay, gardens by the bay, and china town.

The hotel has very good facilities and cleanliness is excellent. the gym is open 24/7. there is a pool. Children enjoyed the pool. the rooms were spacious and luxurious.
