unstable temperaturemismatched labels
the shower water temperature was not stable. it was sometimes cold and other times too hot. the body wash and hair conditioner bottles also had their labels mismatched. i find the noise coming from the connecting room during the afternoon quite annoying.

I found the in-room app very useful. It allowed me to order plants and gym equipment to enhance the room. The room service menu provided excellent choices. I easily walked to many local attractions from the hotel. The rooftop pool and well-equipped gym were great for unwinding.
The breakfast area was quite crowded during peak hours, making it sometimes difficult to find seating.

The studio had a small, functional kitchenette with a nespresso machine. A free-to-use laundry facility was available on site. This offered added convenience. The room decor felt modern and posh. I was pleased.

The staff stored my baggage after checkout, very helpful. I could return later to use the shower facilities before leaving for the airport. Staff responses were cute and friendly, particularly to families.
