great location helpful service restocked fridge strange design small room old furniture

the location was great near many food options and shops in chinatown shakirah helped with check-in and check-out she provided helpful and knowledgeable service the hotel provided what i needed for my stay. the drinks fridge was restocked daily with water juice soft drink and beers i liked that feature after hot days.

the corridors were a deep plum color this was a strange design choice the public areas seemed dark and gloomy to me the room was quite small i noticed the state of the carpet and furniture they seemed old.

The staff was always friendly and helpful . I received complimentary drinks and snacks each day. The room had a comfortable bed and good bathroom facilities. The hotel provided great value for the money i spent (it was worth it).

The corridors were somewhat long.

I received breakfast vouchers for the coffee shop nearby. The menu was vast, and the matcha latte was the BEST ever (especially with croissants). They offered a vast menu to choose from.

The front desk staff was amazing, always smiling and helpful. Shakirah at the front desk was super nice and attentive. Reception arranged the taxi for me. It was a great help and relief for me.

Water and snacks were available in the foyer, which i thought was awesome. A rooftop bar provided a chill-out area overlooking the city. The hotel is beautifully presented with attention to detail. I really enjoyed the rooftop.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel Experience

free minibar modern fixture quiet room excellent location

The complimentary minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks was a treat. The bathroom was excellent, with modern fixtures and ample space, though! the shower pressure was a little low. My room was quiet, a definite plus for a light sleeper like me. The hotel location was also excellent for exploring nearby attractions.

I found the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times-. It sometimes made it difficult to stream videos or complete video calls. This didn't ruin my stay, but it was a slight annoyance.

My room featured a comfortable king-size bed with premium bedding. There was a spacious work desk, suitable for business travelers and a large tv provided diverse entertainment options. The room included two separate sinks.

the room i stayed in was quite small it was difficult to open large suitcases. the windows were sealed shut there was no option for fresh air
