The location is fantastic. It's in a vibrant, historic neighborhood. i loved being right across from the hawker center. The food was very nice! the staff were very kind, and my room was very clean. i also appreciated that it was quiet, so i had restful nights.

The room was a bit smaller than i expected. I found it slightly difficult to manage luggage.

the staff arranged a 4am taxi with ease. the location is convenient, near several subway stops. the hotel provided great value.

the air conditioning was quite noisy. it dripped water onto my open suitcase. the hotel room was small, space was insufficient for luggage.

fantastic location, awesome amenities!

accessible location short walk staff flexibility easy access

i found the location super accessible to chinatown. the mrt and buses were a short walk. the staff showed flexibility with my reservation. they let me postpone my check-out and use the pool until i left for the airport. a nearby subway station made getting around easy!

The front desk wasn't super friendly. when i asked about rates, they just told me to check the website. It was quite annoying.

I loved the herbal teas provided in the room. Such a nice touch! a hawkers market sits across the road, so many cafes and restaurants are nearby, a very convenient perk. the location is really ideal.
