cramped room missed communication

The room size was disappointing. It felt quite cramped, especially with luggage. i had hoped for more space, given what i paid. additionally, the staff didn't mention the garden oasis on the upper levels during check-in. i only discovered it on my last morning. this lack of communication was a missed opportunity.

convenient location rooftop observation deck robot delivery small room limited cleaning faulty key

the location is super convenient , with easy access to the metro and many restaurants. the rooftop observation deck gave awesome city views. it was a cool spot. i even got extra towels delivered by a robot.

the room was quite small , and walking around felt a bit cramped. also , i wasn't told about the limited room cleaning on sundays , so i needed fresh towels. the room key stopped working every day , and i had to queue at reception to get it fixed.

panoramic view rooftop garden refreshing dip

The rooftop garden on the 51st floor offered panoramic views of the city, EVERYTHING was visible from above! the 9th-floor pool was REALLY great, just perfect for a refreshing dip. the location was superb. I could walk almost anywhere i wanted to go.

the gym equipment could use some maintenance.

The staff provided generous assistance. I want to thank Mr Jackson Teo specifically. Public transportation was easily accessible from this location, allowing convenient access to attractions. I found getting around the area very simple.

There were no blackout blinds in the room. Consequently, the room was very bright in the morning.

inconvenient tap plastic bottle

the lack of daily housekeeping really bothered me. i mean, who wants to stay in a room without fresh towels every day? also, finding the drinking water tap hidden away on another part of the floor? seriously inconvenient! and the plastic water bottle just felt cheap.

metro proximity essential items

The location proved convenient with its proximity to the metro. I found many spots to eat nearby, especially the Boat Quay restaurants. I also used the amenities for washing clothes with ease. The mini kitchenette included essential items I needed.

The two lift system made moving around slightly difficult sometimes.
