the location was excellent. it was close to train stations and the city center. the room was quiet and clean. breakfast was good.
The light in the room had water marks. the tv remote did not work . I had to get a replacement. the shower pressure was weak.

the staff were so friendly there. they were helpful when i arrived early. the location was super central, near stations and shops. the room was big, clean, and the bathroom was superb.
the room was very hot, that was a problem. the air con was not very efficient. there were no evening meal facilities or room service. that was inconvenient.

The location was acceptable! The breakfast buffet offered a good choice.
There was an issue with water pressure in the showers. It was not strong enough, and this was inconvenient. The pillows were also too firm, and this affected the quality of sleep. The beds were not particularly comfortable either. I expect better bedding.
