missing chair poor service
there was no chair to put my clothes on. instead, there was a settee at the bottom of the bed in front of a large screen tv. the light system took some working out but i got it sorted. the service for breakfast was very poor.

sincere attentiveness early bag handwritten card dreamy comfort
the staff showed sincere attentiveness they accommodated my early bag drop keeping my husband's birthday surprise intact a handwritten card waited in our lovely room showcasing their thoughtful engagement i felt cherished and cared for it was magical. our bed felt supremely soft i had never encountered such dreamy comfort. the hotel location provided easy access it felt ideally placed for exploration.
i found the room a bit dim for dressing even with the blinds open the lighting could be slightly better for daytime preparations it was only a minor inconvenience.

the restaurant offered a good experience each dish showcased culinary artistry the flavors danced on my palate it presented a wide selection of gastronomic proposals and it provided an enchanting ambiance.

the room was spacious and acceptable.
the lighting in the room was dim and made it difficult to see. the absence of a proper coffee machine, only offering old-fashioned sachets, was disappointing. there was also no minibar despite a deposit taken.
