awesome stay!
clean room separate shampoo room safe delicious breakfast
I loved how clean the room was. It felt so fresh. the separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower? amazing! i also appreciated the body lotion near the sink, such a nice touch, and a safe in the room. delicious! i especially loved making my own waffles!
the room setup was a bit odd! i wished there was more storage because the closet was small, also, the sliding door between the bathroom and closet felt a bit strange, limiting privacy.

The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. shampoo and conditioner with a nice smell were available. the shower water pressure was great. I really enjoyed these amenities.

the hotel is located within a 20-30 minute walk to the christmas markets, super convenient. even though breakfast times were crowded, staff members worked hard to keep tables clear. the area around the hotel is easily accessible to main attractions.

solid stay near the action
helpful staff city center self service public transport
i stayed for a few nights and found the staff helpful when i arrived early and stored my bags i got directions to the city center for buses and attractions the room was clean and bright the self service breakfast had plenty of choice with helpful staff around. the location made it easy to walk or use public transport for attractions.
the shower screen didn't stop all the water the parking was a little difficult to find and use once inside.

fantastic stay!
breakfast choices helpful staff comfortable beds clean toilet
the breakfast offered a wide array of choices, including a tasty veggie haggis. the staff were helpful, especially with organising disabled parking. the beds were very comfortable, and i found the toilet clean. housekeeping staff were always smiling and did a wonderful job (thanks to the team from bangladesh!).
i found the air conditioning a little difficult to adjust, and it occasionally turned off at night, making the room a bit cold.

helpful staff numerous options simple transit
the breakfast options was numerous. the staff was attentive refilling items. the bus stop outside made transit simple. haymarket station was nearby too.
there were hairs on the fresh towels in the bathroom.

friendly staff super clean room helpful staff
The staff stored our bags when we arrived early (so helpful!). They gave clear directions to city center buses. Our Queen Room was bright, cool, and spotlessly clean. Self-service breakfast had plenty of helpful staff and unlimited portions. I especially liked the waffles.
The shower screen had a design flaw, so water sprayed over the floor a lot.

The breakfast had many options. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. It.
The rooms felt a little small. The parking cost extra and it was away from the hotel. I did not enjoy walking from the car park in the rain.
