I loved how clean the room was. It felt so fresh. the separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower? amazing! i also appreciated the body lotion near the sink, such a nice touch, and a safe in the room. delicious! i especially loved making my own waffles!
the room setup was a bit odd! i wished there was more storage because the closet was small, also, the sliding door between the bathroom and closet felt a bit strange, limiting privacy.

the hotel is located within a 20-30 minute walk to the christmas markets, super convenient. even though breakfast times were crowded, staff members worked hard to keep tables clear. the area around the hotel is easily accessible to main attractions.

i stayed for a few nights and found the staff helpful when i arrived early and stored my bags i got directions to the city center for buses and attractions the room was clean and bright the self service breakfast had plenty of choice with helpful staff around. the location made it easy to walk or use public transport for attractions.
the shower screen didn't stop all the water the parking was a little difficult to find and use once inside.

the breakfast offered a wide array of choices, including a tasty veggie haggis. the staff were helpful, especially with organising disabled parking. the beds were very comfortable, and i found the toilet clean. housekeeping staff were always smiling and did a wonderful job (thanks to the team from bangladesh!).
i found the air conditioning a little difficult to adjust, and it occasionally turned off at night, making the room a bit cold.

The staff stored our bags when we arrived early (so helpful!). They gave clear directions to city center buses. Our Queen Room was bright, cool, and spotlessly clean. Self-service breakfast had plenty of helpful staff and unlimited portions. I especially liked the waffles.
The shower screen had a design flaw, so water sprayed over the floor a lot.
