l'occitane toiletries breakfast choice nespresso machine
The provided toiletries were from l'occitaine. This was a NICE touch. Breakfast had an extensive choice, and it easily catered to vegetarian preferences. I particularly enjoyed the convenient Nespresso machine in the room.
The temperature in the room was a little too warm for sleeping comfortably.

Staff members were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Erin at the front desk was particularly kind. She provided restaurant recommendations and offered assistance with securing reservations for us. This service was really great.

Really good Service and Elegant Stay
friendly staff professional staff reliable wifi attentive service
I appreciated the friendly, professional staff. They provided a quiet space with reliable wifi when I needed to join a last-minute Teams call. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh coffee. I especially enjoyed the attentive service during breakfast. It set a positive tone for the day.
I noticed limited parking in the area. This required some planning when arriving back at the hotel late in the evening. This did not detract from the overall experience, but it is something to be aware of.

massive room warm room quiet room
the junior suite was massive, warm, and quiet. staff at check-in remembered us from a previous visit. the room exceeded my expectations..
the shower water was too hot, even on the coldest setting.

limited channel selection street noise
The shower had amazing water pressure.
The room felt cramped, especially with luggage. The TV had a limited channel selection and the remote was not very responsive. I could also hear street noise quite clearly at night, it really impacted my sleep.

mixed feelings about this accommodation
thin walls ceiling stain
the location proved convenient for accessing both the castle and stockbridge.
the room i received was located in what seemed like a converted basement. thin walls meant i could hear every noise. a stain marred the ceiling adding to the general sense of neglect.

Great Boutique Hotel
helpful staff great location cool cafes
This hotel had a great location near cool spots. The staff was so helpful with any questions I had. I liked how close the hotel was to cafes and shops, just minutes away. It made exploring easy.
The hotel doesn't have parking permits available. I found parking around the area quite difficult to deal with. This was a problem as I had a rental.

My room included a fridge and bottled water, nice. I found fluffy robes and a coffee maker were also present. A super comfortable bed was in the room, so I slept well.
