smart tv fresh coffee plenty of choice constant street noise mold around the window no lift
the smart tv was good. i could mirror my phone for netflix. the coffee machine was excellent with fresh coffee. the breakfast was great, with plenty of choice.
the window did not close properly. dampness was around the window frame with mold. street noise was constant. there was no lift.

a cozy embrace in the heart of it all
wonderful location great warmth tidy room tasty breakfast
i found the location wonderful, close to the festival theatre. the staff displayed such warmth and helped me store my luggage for a while. my room was very tidy and the breakfast provided a tasty start to each day. i especially liked the many options available.
i noticed just a tiny hair on the shower wall. it's a small thing , but i mention it for complete honesty.

EXCELLENT stay
comfortable bed superb location
I really appreciated the comfortable bed. It made ALL the difference. The shower pressure was FANTASTIC. I also liked that the location was superb for getting around.

Fantastic Stay Close to Everything!
friendly staff location
The staff was very friendly. I received an unexpected upgrade from the hotel to an apartment and it was very nice! The location is GREAT. Everything I wanted to do or visit was within walking distance. I will choose this hotel next time DEFINITELY.
It was difficult to find parking during the day.

The building shares space with student accommodation, though it did not IMPACT my stay. Refurbishment was in progress, although the main entrance remained accessible and i appreciated that the lifts were functional.
