adequate stay
clean room central location weird door nights rest
i stayed in a medium double or twin room. the room was clean and the bed were comfy. the location was very central, close to victoria street.
the front door had a weird design with two doors opening. it was difficult to get through with a suitcase.

convenient location main train station friendly staff broken elevator european holidays blown fuse
the location was very convient. it was quick walk to the main train station and not too far from the airport. plenty of things to do was within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and helpful. beautiful rooms and clean rooms was also there.
the elevator was out the entire time. i was told that a part was being ordered from another country that was taking a while due to european holidays. one night, our lights went out due to a blown fuse. the girl on the desk was new and had to keep going downstairs to call the manger for help.

efficient receptionist great location helpful luggage storage missing elevator outdoor bar loud music
the receptionist lady was super efficient. she handled a lot of check-ins with issues calmly. the location is great, walkable to restaurants and city sites. i got luggage storage and that was helpful.
My room was not part of the main hotel. no elevators led to the room. I had to drag bags up the stairs. there was a window next to an outdoor bar with music attached. i could hear people and music late into the night. It was very loud.
