the location was very convient. it was quick walk to the main train station and not too far from the airport. plenty of things to do was within walking distance. the staff was very friendly and helpful. beautiful rooms and clean rooms was also there.
i was told that a part was being ordered from another country that was taking a while due to european holidays. one night, our lights went out due to a blown fuse. the girl on the desk was new and had to keep going downstairs to call the manger for help.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the city center. the room had a stereo system, which i used a lot. i enjoyed the smart tv with netflix. It was a nice addition. the staff were helpful (they always greeted me with a smile).
The room was a bit too warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature to my liking.

My small double room had coffee making facilities. the bathroom had shampoo. It also had a hairdryer and straighteners. the room was clean. It had everything i needed.

The lobby was nice. I spent some time there. there are some games available in the hall (i noticed chess and checkers). the hotel has a direct access to a bar, if you like that.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. one staff member helped me with my luggage. i also received helpful directions to nearby attractions. I appreciated it.

the receptionist lady was super efficient. she handled a lot of check-ins with issues calmly. the location is great, walkable to restaurants and city sites. i got luggage storage and that was helpful.
My room was not part of the main hotel. I had to drag bags up the stairs. there was a window next to an outdoor bar with music attached. i could hear people and music late into the night. It was very loud.
