the train station location was directly across the street. breakfast choices were available within a block. there were also many restaurants nearby. the station was just one train stop from waverly station.
The bathroom was small. The sink made it difficult to brush teeth.

the electronic access system was a real hassle. i didn't have my passport to complete the online form and this meant calling a number upon arrival. it took about 45 minutes to sort out, very unpleasant and unreliable

the location proved very convenient. the haymarket train station was a short walk away. i found quick responses via the chat when i had questions. i appreciated the two living room areas with a coffee machine.
my room was not thoroughly cleaned. i found dust in the room. i also saw small insects in the bathroom. opening the doors with the digital key took time.
