convenient location communal space lovely staff
the location proved very convenient, near haymarket station. the communal living room offered a great space. i found the staff lovely and accommodating .
my room lacked a clearly outlined wifi password. i needed to leave my room late at night to find it. this was quite inconvenient and could be easily rectified.

the room was big. the bathroom had a shower, it was pretty nice. the location near haymarket train station was super convenient! the entry area had cozy chairs.
The boiler noise on the top floor was really loud. It made sleeping difficult. the cleanliness was a little questionable. I saw a couple of bugs. the outside door lock didn't work when i got there. I had to call customer service to get in. I thought that was unfortunate

the train station location was directly across the street. breakfast choices were available within a block. there were also many restaurants nearby. the station was just one train stop from waverly station.
The bathroom was small. The sink made it difficult to brush teeth.

the location near public transport was convenient for getting around.
the electronic access system was a real hassle. i didn't have my passport to complete the online form and this meant calling a number upon arrival. it took about 45 minutes to sort out, very unpleasant and unreliable

the location proved very convenient. the haymarket train station was a short walk away. i found quick responses via the chat when i had questions. i appreciated the two living room areas with a coffee machine.
my room was not thoroughly cleaned. i found dust in the room. i also saw small insects in the bathroom. opening the doors with the digital key took time.
