the room is quite big and had a good kitchen. windows opened so i could get fresh air. a/c was also available.

The loft apartment i booked was spacious and well-equipped. the kitchen included a coffee machine with pods and fresh milk which i appreciated. i enjoyed having pre-dinner cocktails and brunch in the register room. It was a good experience. the hotel's location on st andrews square made it easy to access nearby restaurants, bars, shopping, and historical sites.

the stairs inside my duplex room were quite narrow, making it slightly difficult to move luggage.

Lovely Stay!

convenient location short walk well-appointed room clean smell

I loved the location! The train station was just around the corner a very short walk allowed easy access to everywhere. My room overlooked the park it was well-appointed I also got a nice surprise with a room upgrade upon arrival. The place had a warm clean smell that mirrored the good hand soaps provided in the rooms.

I noticed one staff member at reception was quite abrupt It gave me a feeling that I wasn't good enough to stay there.

The front desk staff went out of their way to help track down lost luggage I thought that was helpful. Every team member were pretty good too ensure comfort providing friendly smiles. Assistance was always prompt I really appreciated it.

thoughtful gift wonderful welcome plentiful breakfast

I found the apartment warm, a wonderful welcome. they left a very thoughtful gift since i was celebrating a birthday. It was a lovely touch. breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. The pot of tea was amazing!!!

one very slight negative is that the curtains didn't close properly, so the room was bright at night.

Really good Apartment Hotel Experience

My stay included a room upgrade upon arrival. I appreciated the warm, clean scent noticeable throughout the hotel, it extended to the hand soaps. The kitchen had everything needed for quick meals. It even came with wine glasses. I enjoyed the alcove room that featured a loft overlooking the kitchen, which afforded my kiddo privacy.

i really enjoyed my visit. the doorman was always polite and cute. he made a great first and last impression. the staff were very attentive.

the hotel does not provide umbrellas and it often rains.
