the location impressed me. shops and restaurants were close. my studio apartment had access to a semi-private courtyard. it was quiet and comfortable for my stay.

EXCELLENT stay!
room cleanliness garden access warm welcome
I REALLY appreciated the cleanliness of the room. It felt GREAT to have a studio apartment with garden access. Check-in was smooth and I was welcomed warmly, a nice touch after a LONG journey.
I had trouble with the pillows. They were lumpy and didn't give GREAT support, which affected my sleep quality.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the city center. Shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants are all within easy WALKING distance, providing numerous options. Scenic views are also easily accessible. The hotel is easy to locate, ensuring a smooth arrival.

central location friendly receptionist fine view
The location was super central. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage before check-in. a View at the end of the street overlooked THE castle.
i Booked a beautiful 2 bed apartment and paid over £400 for one night so i was expecting much more. Second bedroom was tiny and there was no ventilation.

staff prepared our room earlier for check-in at our request. they offered to leave our things at the reception while we walked around after check-out. rapid response came when the broken kettle was reported.

the location was excellent with great eating options all around, especially rose street. It had a VERY good location in the center of the city. the area felt safe and was well-lit at night.

the lounge was comfortable and had enough seating for everyone. there were many towels and the place was pretty clean. the smart tv helped us keep up with our shows during our downtime.

amazing stay!
killer location friendly staff handy kitchen nice furnishings
i had such a blast! the location is killer, walking distance to everything i wanted to see. the staff was super friendly and helped me with directions. the room had super amenities, like a mini kitchen, that came in super handy! the entire apartment had nice furnishings and felt super clean.
the stairs were a little narrow, made getting my heavy suitcase to the room a tiny bit tricky.

the hotel have a great breakfast area with lots choices, including fresh pastries and fruit. they also have a bar area with many kinds of local beers and spirits. i like it a lot!

The gym include three treadmills and two stationary bikes, so i can keep my workout plan. the pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section. It's the best area. i had an amazing experience.
