amazing time
friendly staff tasty options modern look
the staff was super friendly. i loved how close i was to everything. the breakfast was great. it had a lot of tasty options. the room had a modern look! i loved the kingsize double or twin i got. the layout was great.
the coffee machine was a little dusty. i saw it easily.

Tegan, the receptionist, was very kind and efficient at check-in. I found the hotel's location convenient for accessing different parts of the city. The hotel possesses a rich military history, reflected in its decor and ambience. I enjoyed the warm and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay.
The breakfast offered a limited selection, though I could ask for more items. It would be nice with more variety available without request.

The hotel locates close to Queen Street Gardens. Bus routes 23 and 27 are easily accessible. My double twin executive room was quite large. It had a tea kettle, a coffee maker, and a sitting area.

historical ambiance ideal location tea selection
I enjoyed the hotel's historical ambiance. It felt very special. the location proved ideal with the national gallery nearby. many charming cafes around. our room had a kettle with teas and coffees. Such a lovely touch.
the cooked breakfast seemed a bit greasy to me, nothing major though.

the breakfast room featured beautiful, large windows that let in a lot of light. the hotel serves very good quality malt whiskies in the bar area, a true scottish experience. the crockery was very nice adding a touch of class!!!
