weak water pressure street noise
the location proved convenient for sightseeing , as it was close to many attractions.
i found several issues . the room lacked proper soundproofing , so i could hear noise from the street below. the shower temperature fluctuated , and the water pressure was weak

helpful staff many amenities central location
The reception staff were helpful and stored our bags before check-in. The room included many amenities , even hair straighteners. Its central location was perfect for our planned activities.
There are no elevators , so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs to the top floor. This was difficult after a long flight and very little sleep.

steep stairs food hair
the lack of an elevator was a real problem for me! carrying luggage up the steep stairs was exhausting. also, i found a dark hair in my food! that was pretty off-putting, and it definitely soured my dining experience.

Central Location and Excellent Service!
central location helpful staff clean room
I was thrilled with the central location. Everything was SO accessible. The staff were attentive and helpful . I appreciated the lovely, clean room and all of the amenities available. The breakfast was really great too!
I found the lack of an elevator a little inconvenient. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit of a challenge.
