a decent stay near haymarket station
great location early check-in janky shower steep stairs
the location is great near transport lines. staff let me check in early after my early morning flight. it was really appreciated. tea and coffee were available in the lobby. i did not use these, but the option was nice.
the shower was not good and easily fixed. i had to give the key to them every time i left. i have not seen this before. the stairs were a climb. i had small luggage so it was not a big deal.

musty smell unhygienic towels
The room i had was disappointing. it smelled musty, a strong air freshener didn't help. plus, i found that the towels i left on the floor weren't changed. They were just folded and put back. it felt a bit unhygienic and not what i expected.

perfect location with friendly service!
prime location friendly staff free drinks comfy bed
i discovered a prime location near the train station and tram stop. the staff was genuinely friendly. the hotel provided free hot drinks and cereal bars each morning. the room was always clean and quiet, i enjoyed the comfy bed.
i noticed a slight smell in the hallway carpet. it was a minor issue. the hotel should replace it soon.

solid stay near haymarket
convenient location light snacks baggage service
the location proved convenient for navigating the city while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. light snacks and drinks were available each morning. the staff accommodated early baggage drop-off and late pick-up until 4 pm. i had to carry my luggage up a few flights of stairs.
the bathroom was very small. the shower setup felt somewhat awkward.

Pastries and coffee were available. I saw these set out in the morning. there was no formal breakfast service available, however, the snacks provided sufficed. many pubs and cafes are a short walk away.

The reception desk operated 24 hours a day. staff members provided assistance with luggage. I was grateful for this help. the hotel kept keys at the front desk when i left the premises. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The building seemed historical. It had a certain atmosphere. the hotel included multiple floors and no elevator. the place is much older than expected. the hotel would need a refurbishment!

great location airport buses
the location is great it is very close to the train station buses to the airport also stop nearby i had a standard triple room. lots of restaurants are also nearby
the hotel is a bit dated the carpet in the hallway smelled bad it was cleaned but the smell lingered
